What is the minimum rental period?

The minimum rental period is 5 consecutive weekdays (Monday through Friday).

How many times will my ad be displayed?

Your ad will be shown a minimum of 100 times per day, totaling 500+ plays during your campaign. Actual frequency may increase depending on loop size.

What kind of ad formats do you accept?

MP4 video (10 seconds max, 1920×1080 resolution) and JPG or PNG image (1920×1080 resolution).

Where will my ad be shown?

Your ad will appear on a mobile LED screen following the route you select, which may include Las Olas Blvd, A1A Beachfront, E Sunrise Blvd, and surrounding high-traffic areas in Fort Lauderdale.

Do you operate on weekends?

Yes. Weekend advertising is available as a premium service. Only one advertiser is featured per weekend run. To inquire about pricing and availability, email info@digitalbillboardflorida.com.

When is the content submission deadline?

All ad content must be submitted at least 72 hours before your scheduled campaign begins.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes. A reservation can be cancelled at any time before the scheduled campaign. Cancellations are not eligible for a refund. However, the advertiser may request a one-time change to the start date of their campaign. This request can be completed through emailing info@digitalbillboardflorida.com no less than 72 hours before the scheduled start of the campaign.

Do you offer refunds for weather or technical issues?

If inclement weather or technical malfunction prevents proper ad delivery, Provider may offer credit toward a future campaign or reschedule the display at its discretion. In cases of system failure, partial credit or a make-up day may be provided based on the extent of downtime.

Can I change my ad once the campaign starts?

No. Once submitted and approved, your ad cannot be changed during the campaign.

What content is prohibited?

We do not accept ads that include: Alcohol, tobacco, or drugs; Adult or sexually explicit content; Hate speech, violence, or discriminatory messages; False, misleading, or unverifiable claims; Unauthorized copyrighted content.

Can I see my ad in action?

Yes. You can observe your ad live along the route or request a short video or photo of your ad running. With your permission, we may also feature your ad in our promotional materials.
